Star Quest

Teams sail an island of surprise cards — six kinds of challenge, and a class pet that hatches while you play.

Sentence Factory

Word tiles ride in on a conveyor — put them in order, catch the wrong word, and write one silly story together.

Fortune Wheel

A painted carnival wheel with your class on its slices. Spin it, hear the ratchet slow, and a ticket prints with the lucky name.

Sorting Stones

Every name is a pebble in a leather pouch. Tip it over a circle of standing stones and the class lands in fair, random teams.

Moon Hourglass

Turn the glass and stardust starts to fall. The moon ring empties with the minutes, and a soft gong says the time is up.

Wishing Dice

Tip the leather cup and one to four ivory dice tumble out onto the velvet. The total is stamped into the felt in wax.

Name 3

Tap the floating cube. It turns, a topic is engraved on the face it lands on, and you name three.

A torchlit great hall where every team is a banner — each point hoists it higher, a crest stamps the cloth, and the crown drifts to the leader.

Dawn Sky Festival

Every letter hangs beneath its own hot-air balloon at sunrise. Guess the word before six balloons drift away, and the whole fleet lifts it into the sky.

Garden of Pairs

Every card is a seed packet in a walled garden. Turn one and it blooms; find its twin and the pair stays in flower, with a butterfly to prove it.

Letter Forge

The letters come out of the fire scrambled. Strike them onto the anvil in order, and the word quenches in a hiss of steam.

Constellations

The words are already in the night sky. Tap a word's first star and its last, and draw the line that makes it a constellation.

Painter's Attic

A secret word arrives on a painter's palette and you draw it on a real easel canvas — brush sounds, paint-blob colours and a skylight for a timer.

Seaside Bingo

A boardwalk bingo parlour at dusk: the wire cage tumbles its wooden balls, the drawn word rolls down to the rack, and you stamp your card till the sign lights up.

Deck of Wonders

A magician's deck in a curtained study: brass filigree backs, a true 3D flip, and a horn that says the word out loud. Keep what you know; the rest returns.

Campfire Circle

Question cards drawn over a crackling fire — 150 conversation starters, a card lit by the flames, and marshmallow sticks to mark whose turn it is.

Sleeping Fox

A fox sleeps in the clearing and the microphone keeps watch. Stay quiet and he sleeps on; get loud and he wakes with a start.

Coral Deep

A word is spoken and the fish swim past carrying pictures. Tap the one that matches, and a pearl drops into the shell.

Jungle Jump

A monkey shows the move, the ring counts it down, and the next card flips up. Every deck ends calm enough to sit back down.

Two Doors

One question, two great doors, one answer on each. The class votes, and the right door swings open into the light.

Sorting Orchard

Four fruits on a branch and one that does not belong — or baskets to sort them into. The rule is always said out loud at the end.

Story Lantern

The story is written on the panels of a paper lantern. Read it, hear any line again, then show what you understood.

Hi! I'm Aylara — a kids' teacher. For years, the hardest part of my job wasn't the teaching, it was the tools: every engaging activity had to be prepared by hand. I cut cards in the evenings, drew game boards on paper sheets, and reinvented warm-ups the night before class.
